Hua Chu Xian owns a team of highly experienced quality control professionals that specialize in skincare/cosmetics industry and has built up a rigorous and high-standard internal control management system.

R&D control

Make sure that the raw materials in use are in compliance with laws and regulations.

Control the stability of formulas.

Control the anti-corrosion function of formulas.

Identify allergens in formulas.

Test the compatibility between products and packaging.

Test the products and make sure finished products comply with laws and regulations as well as clients' requirements.
Environment Control

Clean and sterilize floors, walls and ceilings on a regular basis

Clean air supply/ air conditioner system on a regular basis ；

Monitor the temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure daily；

Inspect and test the environment, personnel and equipment in the sanitary aspect on a regular basis.；

QC checks and makes sure personnel's dressing meet the sanitary standards.
Manufacturing Process Control

Hold pre-production meetings；

Check the spot(manpower, machine, material, method, measurement)

Clear production lines

Manufacture the first samples

Conduct a tour of process inspection.

Check packaging.

Check products before delivery into the warehouse.

Allow to stock in the warehouse after pass check.
